Automatic Renewal Memberships are automatically renewed. Opt out of automatic renewal by canceling your subscription in your account dashboard.
Memberships & Subscription Cancellations Annual memberships are a year-long commitment and are not partially refunded if canceled. Cancellations will be effective upon the next annual renewal date. Monthly memberships and subscriptions can be canceled at any time, effective at the next monthly renewal date, without partial refunds.
Non-Refundable Items Gift cards sold by myTrueBlood™ are non-refundable.
Refunds for Clothing and Accessories Clothing and accessories are refundable, subject to a 15% restocking fee. For returns, contact [email protected] with details of your return request.
Shipping and Handling We are not responsible for inaccuracies in shipping addresses or issues related to customs and import. Refunds may not be honored for undeliverable shipments.
